Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using BavelgoAI and the responsibilities of customers who use the platform.

Important: BavelgoAI is a platform for CRM, automation, follow-up and business workflow support. We do not sell leads, promise lead volume, guarantee sales or guarantee business results.

1. About BavelgoAI

BavelgoAI is an AI-powered CRM and automation platform that helps businesses manage leads, conversations, bookings, campaigns, staff, tasks, reports and follow-up workflows.

The platform may include AI automation, AI Assistant tools, WhatsApp-related workflows, channel integrations, booking tools and reporting features.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using BavelgoAI, creating an account, requesting a demo or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the right to upload, process or manage lead and customer data inside BavelgoAI.
  • Using the platform lawfully and responsibly.
  • Managing staff access, passwords, roles and permissions.
  • Reviewing AI-generated content where appropriate.
  • Complying with marketing, privacy, data protection, communication and advertising laws applicable to their business.
  • Ensuring connected third-party accounts, such as WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, Google, Stripe or Zoom, are used in compliance with their own terms.

4. No guarantee of leads, sales or revenue

BavelgoAI helps customers manage and follow up leads that customers generate through their own channels, campaigns, websites, forms, WhatsApp, ads or manual processes.

We do not guarantee the number of leads, the quality of leads, conversion rates, bookings, sales, revenue, profit or any specific business outcome.

5. AI automation and AI Assistant

BavelgoAI may use AI to generate replies, lead scores, summaries, reports, suggestions and other automated outputs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for every situation.

Customers are responsible for configuring their AI workflows, reviewing outputs where necessary and ensuring the use of AI is appropriate for their business.

BavelgoAI should not be used to make sensitive legal, medical, financial or high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.

6. Subscriptions, plans and payments

BavelgoAI may offer subscription plans based on platform usage, such as staff users, connected channels, AI automation messages, bookings tools, reports and support level.

Prices, features and limits may change over time. Any current pricing displayed on the website or agreed with the customer will apply according to the subscription terms at the time of purchase.

Failure to pay fees may result in restricted access, suspension or cancellation of the account.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use BavelgoAI to:

  • Send unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or harmful messages.
  • Spam users or contact people without proper permission.
  • Upload malware, malicious code or harmful content.
  • Attempt to access another customer's workspace or data.
  • Interfere with the security, performance or availability of the platform.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.

8. Third-party services and integrations

BavelgoAI may connect with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, Google, Meta Cloud API, OpenAI, Stripe, Zoom, email providers, hosting providers and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rejected API access, account restrictions, pricing changes or service failures from third-party providers.

9. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a customer breaches these terms, fails to pay, misuses the platform, creates security risks or uses the service unlawfully.

10. Platform availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party outages or unexpected incidents may affect the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BavelgoAI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data or damages caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another written agreement applies between BavelgoAI and the customer.
